yep, but this is before i updated my sliders.

Really? I actually felt like this was a pretty equal trade as their ratings are around the same, i never look at the stats anyways, I saw that my team had about more than half a bar of interest in Haslem and there was about a quarter of a bar for Humphries and Najera, then i threw in Wang to make the salaries more balanced. sorry if you hated it, but I felt this was pretty equal.

iLLuzionz wrote:Chyea man get those asians on ur team ! Next up ... Yao Ming ?

lol, well i guess more asians are always good. XD as for getting Yao, I seriously doubt it, besides, its hard for me to imagine him in anything but a ROX jersey now. So I think i've made a clean sweep of asians... expect for HA. hahhahaha XD that was bad.
though after this man, i see some more asians coming in to the league

Nice couple of wins against conference rivals. Both the Bucks' and Pacers' jersey's look great. And nice trade, Haslem will be a great addition to the roster and will really add strength to your bench. Good luck against the Cavs.

[SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 20] – Haslem made the GM’s and coaches of the Utah Jazz look like geniuses today for trading for him. In his debut game as a Jazz, Haslem scored 27 points and grabbed 11 boards, as well as dishing out 3 assists to become the player of the game. In the beginning of the game Cleveland was up by a score of 14-3, but the Haslem took over, scoring 7 points and getting to the line for 1 more. Before Cleveland knew what had happened, the Jazz were up 29-18.

A similar story was told in the 2nd and 3rd quarters, with the Jazz scoring 53 points in those quarters while holding the Cavs to only 34. Larry Hughes was the only high performer for Cleveland with 29 points to lead both teams. Superstar Lebron James was held in check by Andrei Kirilenko and Wang Zhizhi, who agreed to play the role of any forward position.

With the game far out of reach, the Jazz put in their bench, who managed 18 points the final quarter, and this allowed the Cavs to draw the final score closer, and lose only by 23 points. Mehmet Okur also came off the bench to score 10 for the Jazz. Deron Williams’ subpar performances continued today as he had only 4 points and 4 assists. It could be just a rookie slump like the one Bogut suffered several games ago. The Jazz bench outscored Cleveland’s, 29-0.

The Cavs today wore the 1981-83 throwback jersey re-designed by NLSC member cklitsie as a tribute to the great past of the Cavaliers.

Game Introduction: 1
Andrew Bogut: 1 2 3
Larry Hughes: 1 2 3
Lebron James: 1 2
Andrei Kirilenko: 1
Jeff McInnis: 1
Wang Zhizhi: 1
Deron Williams: 1 2
Miscellaneous: 1 2 3 END

[SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 21] – Coming off a huge win against the Cavs, the Jazz felt invincible, but they certainly got a shock and were knocked down a size by the Boston Celtics.

From tipoff, Boston jumped out to a 5-0 lead, powered by high-flying Ricky Davis, who dunked in a total of 14 of his 29 points, and Paul Pierce, who had 21. The Jazz managed to save some face in the first quarter with Haslem scoring 4 points and Bogut blocked several Celtics shots. The first quarter was what killed the Jazz, as the following 2 quarters were extremely close. The Jazz tied the 2nd quarter with 19, and won the 3rd 26-24, but the comeback stalled in the beginning of the 4th where the Celtics rallied off for 10 straight points. Turnovers killed the Jazz again, espically for Andrei Kirilenko, who had 11 turnovers.

The high scorer for the Jazz was Haslem with 16 points, Ricky Davis led all scored with 29 points. Haslem also led the game in rebounding with 9. Gordon Giricek and Delonte West tied for assists with 5 each.

Game Introduction: 1
Ricky Davis: 1 2 3
Al Jefferson: 1
Andrei Kirilenko: 1
Marcus Banks: 1
Paul Pierce: 1 2 3 4
Brian Scalabrine: 1
Miscellaneous: 1 END

I like the layout. It's real clean. Your pictures are fine to me..cuz I do the same thing for my dynasty. I keep my pics @ about 640X 480 ish tho. And I know I'm a little late, but you ripped Miami so bad with the Haslem trade

A 26-4 run against the Cavs? Crazy! Just as the pic with 8 players in the paint. And you lost to Boston...

I never said I didn't like it, I actually like Haslem and its good that you brought him on the team. It's just that everyone was pretty high on Haslem last year and I think he has a ton of more potential than some two white guys.

stick with smaller pictures. I'm just too lazy to resize mine since some of them are already on the Stallion Vision

stuff happens man, i was just pure rolling against the cavs. and boston game couldnt the backboard if it was the width of the court, i had like 6 airballs in that game.
and yea i think i will keep the images under 700x700.
plus i have a huge widescreen for my laptop, so basically i can view all the images on nlsc without resizing anyways, so what is small to me may be big to you guys.

[NEW YORK CITY, Dec. 23] – The Jazz came in tonight tired and in need of a jump start. Their flight was delayed 6 hours by strong winds and lighting over their flight path and they did not arrive at the arena until 2 hours before tipoff. “We’ve made the decision to play the game despite this, this would be a good test for us,” said rookie Deron Williams. The Jazz are hoping to jump back on the winning track after getting blown out in Boston 2 days earlier.

As the first quarter started, it was certain that the delay had some effect on the team as they miss consective shots and were blocked on back to back possessions by Knicks’ center Channing Frye. The thing that hurt the Jazz the most was letting power forward Michael Sweetney grab offensive rebound after offensive rebound, totaling 11. The whole Knicks team grabbed 32 offensive boards, and totaled 59 boards. The Jazz as a team only managed 12 offensive rebounds and 36 overall.

Gordon Giricek finally seemed to come out of his slump as he poured in 20 points to lead the Jazz, but lack of production from Haslem and Kirilenko, who suffered a hyper-extended knee, kept the Jazz from jumping ahead. Mehmet Okur had another solid night off the bench with 16. Kirilenko is expected to be able to play, but he will be playing injured for about a week.

For the Knicks, 6 players scored in double figures, including 2 bench players Tim Thomas and Allen Houston. The leader for the Knicks was Sweetney with 19 points. “This was a good win, we had the lead, but they [Jazz] fought back hard, but, you know, perseverance man, we persevered, and that’s what got us the win tonight”, said player of the game Michael Sweetney in the locker rooms.

Trevor Ariza: 1
Andrew Bogut: 1 2
Jamal Crawford: 1
Channing Frye: 1 2
Udonis Haslem: 1
Andrei Kirilenko: 1 2 3 4
Yuta Tabuse: 1
Wang Zhizhi: 1 2
Miscellaneous: 1 2 3 4

Tough loss against the Knicks. Mike Sweetney is a quality player, seeing him play like that even in NBA Live makes me question why the Knicks traded him.

Good luck against the Grizz, hope someone steps up in the frontcourt and covers for Charlie and AK47! Go Haslem! :)
