Thanks man. It was a battle down low. Biedrins is sick man.
Outta nowhere you see him hop and grab the board.

I was thinkin that but Joey is doing good. I need a dribbler at that position.
Villanueva has crap dribblin skills so thats one of the reasons why I dont wanna put him at SF yet.

..................... #25, ROBERT SKRNJUG, CROATIA ....................

Image

" Robert Skrnjug "
Birthdate : 04/07/87
College : Croatia
Class : Freshman
Height : 6'9"
Weight : 177 LBS
Hometown : Geelong, Australia

Best Case Scenario : Darius Miles ( Less Offense )
Worst Case Scenario : Chris Andersen

+ - Dunking, Blocking, Defensive and Offensive Awareness, Speed, Passing
+/- - Stealing, Stamina, Quickness, Dribbling
- - Shooting, Hardiness, Rebounding, Inside Scoring

Draft Projected : Late First-Round to Early Second-Round

Strengths: A athletic freak. Although a skinny kid, Skrnjug possesses great athletic abilities. Has an above average ability to leap up in the air for his height. Also his speed is above average for his tall and lanky frame. He might not have an offense fit for the NBA but his defensive ability is great. Like most of the tall European players, he can block. With those leaping skills, he can get up there and swat the ball. Another great thing about Skrnjug is that he is a good passer too. He is unselfish with the ball and will distribute it to his teammates.

Weaknesses: Even with all his athletic gifts, " Jugs " as they call him has not dominated in Europe. He has not shooting abilities what so ever but the defense makes up for it. A very lanky player and will get pushed around if NBA bound. Another problem is that he will have trouble finding his true position. If he wants to make it in the NBA, he will need a shooting coach. Cannot always rely on defense. Should make time for the gym and work out ... Questions many people are asking is that is he ready for the NBA ? Will his defense make up for the unexisting offense he has ? Should he stay in Europe and develop his offense ?

............................... #14, JING XU, UMASS ..............................

Image

" Jing Xu "
Birthdate : 10/08/87
College : UMASS
Class : Freshman
Height : 6'4"
Weight : 190 LBS
Hometown : Anping, Hebei Province, China

Best Case Scenario : Rashad McCants/Voshon Lenard
Worst Case Scenario : Trajan Langdon

+ - Three Pointers, Passing, Defensive Awareness
+/- - Free Throws, Mid Range Shooting, Defensive and Offensive Rebound, Speed, Stamina
- - Dunks, Conditioning, Blocking, Stealing

Draft Projected : Mid First-Round to Late First-Round

Strengths: Very smooth, athletic guard with an amazing feel for the game. Takes over games as a freshman. Can get hot and bury an opposing team with his offensive prowess. Has a diverse offensive game with three pointers. A player with great scoring instincts. Makes great decisions and passes the ball extremely well for a shooting guard. Can play all three back court positions. For a small guard, he has great rebounding abilities.

Weaknesses: Undersized 2-guard. Just a bit over 6-4. Still at 6-4, he will struggle to an extent guarding and getting easy looks over 6-6 players night in and night out on the next level. Coming into the NBA might mean an adjustment to the PG position. Has the talent to overcome the height deficiency but many college stars who got drafted into the NBA are now out of the NBA to bumps down the road. Despite having no stealing abilities what so ever, he can still shut his man down with his defense. Quickness and speed can use a bit of work. Xu has tendency to get in early foul trouble and he must cut down on turnovers. If he can add a first quick step, he can become a very good player in this league.

Note * : How do you like the song Jing ?
