[Wizards..] (NBA Live 07)

A collection of memorable stories from NBA Live's franchise and career modes.

Very good week for you, you're playing very constantly, only 1-2 losses a month. But don't you think you're playing too much offensive basketball with your main four guys(Jamison, Gordon, Thomas and Arenas)? I don't see other players contributing much... Most of them score no more than 2-5 points, give the ball to other guys...

Anyways, everything looks very solid as always, looks like Arenas is starting his big run for the MVP :)

Ouch, look at the terrible Atlantic division. Good wins this week, and I can't blame the loss against Minnesota. KG had a great game against a fair front line. You're on your way to a number one seed if you keep this up till the playoffs, only 12 losses. Let's see if Arenas can win the MVP race against a tough group.
I also agree with Pursuer, try to get some of your other guys involved. Those four are pretty much 75%, or more, of your scoring.
New Jersey Nets - Kidd, Carter, Jefferson. Looking to make the playoffs.
Waiting for Live '08. Expect a Nets Dynasty.

Well CPU always picks Gordon as MIP in my dynasties(first year) so it's no surprise this time :)

A tough call for the Sixth man... Webber's the leader, but CPU often makes stupid choices so this time, no one knows...

i think ben gordon deserves MIP, but of course i would like jarret jack to win it. either webber or barbosa should win 6th man. i think barbosa should win because he is doing a great job comming off the bench for steve nash

Yeah Gordon should win MIP clearly, his stats are very good, and as Pursuer said, CPU chooses him often anyways. Webber should win the 6th player award IMO.

Charity Three-Point Shootout.

Image
Want to see this guy make another three-pointer? Look no further..

When regular shooutouts take place, you would guess to see guys like Dirk Nowitzki,
Jason Kapono and Kyle Korver there.. But we're gonna have some fun. We are gonna
let guys like Shaq, Eddy Curry and Marcus Camby shoot threes. Some of them may get
0 points.. Shaq has made only one career three-pointer. In Orlando. In his 4th year. He
has been with no 3Pt Fg's made for 11 years. He has attempted 20 of his career. Today
his gonna shoot 25 of those.. Camby has made 7 career three-pointers.. Eddy Curry,
BTW, has attempted and made only one career three-pointer.. All are 3PT rated 1.

Rules are simple :

* Rounds last for 60 seconds.
* Tie-Breakers last for 24 seconds.
* The best two advance to the second round.

Here's the full participants list :

1. Marcus Camby / Denver Nuggets / 7-51 Career Three-Pointers.
2. Shaquille O'Neal / Miami Heat / 1-20 Career Three-Pointers.
3. Eddy Curry / Washington Wizards / 1-1 Career Three-Pointers.
4. Emeka Okafor / Charlotte Bobcats / 0-1 Career Three-Pointers.
5. Elton Brand / Los Angeles Clippers / 1-12 Career Three-Pointers.
6. Kwame Brown / Los Angeles Lakers / 1-8 Career Three-Pointers.
7. Dwight Howard / Orlando Magic / 1-6 Career Three-Pointers.
8. Tyson Chandler / New Orleans Hornets / 0-5 Career Three-Pointers.

* No NBA Live 3pointers. (Shaq has had 3 this season.. :? )

Round 1.

ImageImage
ImageImage

Kwmae Brown shocked everyone by scoring 7. He had 3 money-balls.. Shaq, Dwight and
Brand were tied up at 4 and will head up to the tiebreaker round. Camby missed 1st 4 shots,
made the moneyball, and then missed 20 shots in a row.
Stats are clickable below.

Results :

1. Kwame Brown | 7 |
2. Dwight Howard | 4 |
2. Shaquille O'Neal | 4 |
2. Elton Brand | 4 |
5. Eddy Curry | 3 |
5. Emeka Okafor | 3 |
5. Tyson Chandler | 3 |
8. Marcus Camby | 2 |

Tiebreaker :

ImageImage

Shaq and Brand went to shoot with 24 seconds on the clock. They both missed all 10 shots.
Dwight went last. Miss after miss. And the final shot went in. Dwight was in the finals..

1. Dwight Howard | 2 |
2. Shaquille O'Neal | http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r136/Tont551/shaqscoretie.jpg |
3. Elton Brand | http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r136/Tont551/brandtieres.jpg |

Advanced :

1. Kwame Brown | 7 |
2. Dwight Howard | 4

Finals :

ImageImage
ImageImage

Dwight went first. He scored 2 in the first two racks. He went scoreless in the other 3. Kwame scored
3 already in the first. The win was his.. He missed all his shots that came.. So Kwame Brown is the best
shooting big man. In this competition.. Mehmet Okur, Nowitzki and Lafrentz ofcourse shoot better,
but his the best of the rest.

1. Kwame Brown | 3 |
2. Dwight Howard | 2 |
