5 on 5?

I haven't bought NBA Live for the last couple years. I got it this year and have really enjoyed it so far...I have heard several comments about 5 on 5 online play. Could somebody please explain how I get to that mode to play it? It sounds pretty cool... (PS3 version if it matters)

Online Team Play was introduced as a downloadable update last year and comes as a standard feature in NBA Live 09. Essentially it's an online mode that allows ten different players on ten different consoles to connect to a game and assume control of a single player (five a side, of course) and play an online game. It's under the online options which you can access from the main menu.
