From what i read in the article about the nba academy, so is it saying that when you train players any player, will all the players that you train even veterans will improve all the time because in the past 3 versions of live sometimes when you have 3 assistants and you use them to train 3 different players sometimes one or two of the three players trained doesn't improve.

No, I didn't say that at all. Past a certain point, players show little or no improvement while younger players have the most development potential. That hasn't changed as far as I'm aware.
