what software do you guys use to create a jersey?

EA uses a flash utility on their web site with graphic resources(shapes, logos, text) that you can use and manipulate to create the front and back of a jersey.

It'll probably only be open to residents of the United States and Canada, that's usually the case.

and i dunno why my submission wouldnt submit, but i did a cool Hornets pinstripe thing similar to this new design. i shouldve won with that.

Nothing's been mentioned about it, so probably not. Was that one of the prizes last year, or was it just the trip to All-Star Weekend?

they said that the winner would get their design implemented into last years game as an online extra or something

In that case it might be. If it's not in the game by default perhaps it'll be available as optional DLC at some point.
