Since Live 09 won't be on the PC this year (damn EA again..), I wanted to know which version of Live will you play (with sweet patches as always

)

I went ahead and added all current Lives to your poll because every single version has gotten some kind of recent update this past year.

I will be playing 06 due to the fun gameplay and basically no limitations to the texture sizes and customization.

Most likely, I'll go with 06 and the supposedly sweet NBA Live PC mod coming up. :mrgreen:

Otherwise, I'll just stick with 08.

With the NBA Live PC project I expect I'll continue to play NBA Live 06 PC, though I'll also be playing the 360 version of 09.

I'd much rather be playing it on PC of course, but there are other games on the consoles that I'm interested in so I decided to invest in a 360 last year.

ill be playen 08 on PC since all the great Patches people have made, Thanks to there hardwork.

But ill also be playen 09 on PS3 so ill be happy both ways.

I'll go for 06, since the NLSC has undertaken a project to give this Live series an "upgrade" of sorts. I bought 08 when it was released last year and played a few games. The glitches and bugs seem to be a little too much for me to bear; so I switched back to play 06 instead.

From the looks of polling done, seems like the votes are inclined towards Live 08 despite the glitches in the game... Is it becos of the GTM and Sig shots?

i think i´ll keep getting as much patches as possible and continue to play 08 but i´ll make sure to check out the 09 pc project that was started here..

maybe i´m goning to buy a console but i´m not sure because i would like to patch the game with the dbf editor and add cyberfaces and stuff like that and it´s not possible with the console version right?

Correct, we can't use the same tools to edit console rosters.

I will play Live 08 coz I erased my Live 07 and 05 and I think most patchers will make updates for live 08 not 07 or 05

I will be playing Live 07. I have my created players, classic rosters, and I really like the FSS moves. In addition, my console version in 07.

As for 08 and 06- my son lost my 06 disc and I do not like the changes made to 08, primarily the changes to the controller. I hate that the jump stop is the old rebound button and that layup and dunk are the same button. As a matter of fact, I have probably played Live 08 a handful of time since purchasing it months ago.
