In the middle of my first year (couple of days before the trade deadline) with the Celtics and my starting 5 is:
C: E. Brand
PF: K. Garnett
SF: P. Pierce
SG: R. Allen
PG: M. Bibby
Cant remember whos on my bench but I know theres 3 PG and 2 PF because I traded 3 players for Brand and another 3 for Bibby. I dont know how Im gonna go later on in my Dynasty so Im trying to trade for a good 1st or 2nd year player or an early draft pick

Your starting five, biedrins can block and rebound, jackson good shooter, richardson good shooter defensive player, good young point gaurd in ellis. Solid bench with randolph, i love belinelli, vujacic can shoot, by the way that trade for vujacic was a great trade, you really helped them out especially with the williams deal good job. I love nelson. But shouldn't nelson be your backup instead of watson? Is that earl watson? Who is kurz? And what is his rating? And is he a young player or old?
Nelson and CJ Watson are the same overall, but i better like to play with Watson. And Kurz is rookie with about 60 overall

A little stacked but an impressive starting five all the same. I'm guessing you had to sacrifice your bench a bit to do it but with that lineup it probably doesn't matter and you could always trade away one of those players for some up and coming talent in a couple of years as they have a long way to decline and still have good years ahead of them anyway.

Yeh its a bit stacked, but I traded Brand in at the begining of the year, and I wasnt planing on trading for Bibby I was just gonna trade for a good young up and comer but there was a rumor that Atlanta wanted to trade a PG away and Cassell was my starting PG and he was 39 or something so he wasnt gonna last mush longer

Pretty strong, though as far as the bench goes I'd play Nene at power forward, Foyle at centre, Stoudamire at point guard and Udoka at shooting guard and small forward (splitting backup minutes at both spots with Evans).

My Knicks in Finals against Phoenix!! (Superstar 6 min quarters) D'Antoni against former team. Marbury against old team. Lopez bros against each other. lol
Only changes have been SF Bargnani and SG Kapono have come off the bench with SG Hughes and PF Frye starting. Watson was traded for Joe Smith buh i only use 10 man rotation so he dont play.

Game 7 underway. Phoenix up 10-0!...
Tue Jan 06, 2009 5:44 pm
92-84 Phoenix wins

...
For sum reason in the games we lost...we played no defense no rebounding and they were missing EASY shots!....plus the suns were making many steals off of our passes and making all their shots...but for a team that wasn't supposed to make it to the playoffs and is just trying to land big name FA in 2010 I think we had a good run.
Tue Jan 06, 2009 5:45 pm
Sorry to hear about the losses, that could've been an exciting finish. So long as you had fun and keep having fun with it though.

My Team in 2010:
Amare Stoudemire/H. Haddadi/A. Ajinca (Generated Rookie)
Carlos Boozer/Michael Beasley
Lebron James/Bostjon Nachbar
OJ Mayo/Ray Allen/Jerry Stackhouse
Derrick Rose/Russell Westbrook
I like how the team plays. I am 45-8 through the season playing on Superstar level difficulty.
Any Good???
This isn't a fantasy draft, even though it may look so.
I have enough young talent in my team, so to complement them I trade draft picks and the rest of the players in the original lineup away.
I have a young team, I think that Stoudemire, Beasley, James, Mayo, Rose and Westbrook all under 30.
Mon Jan 12, 2009 2:10 pm
What team is this dynasty with??
Mon Jan 12, 2009 3:12 pm
Ajinca isn't a generated rookie, or at the very least there is a player in the NBA called Alexis Ajinca.
Pretty strong lineup, a little weak at centre but the rest of your lineup certainly makes up for that, and then some.
Mon Jan 12, 2009 6:16 pm
The team is with Phoenix, and I simulated through the rest of the season won the championship, and here is my team now midway through simulating the 2011/12 season:
C: Amare Stoudemire (96)/Marcus Camby (80) (Free Agent)/H. Haddadi (79)
PF: Michael Beasley (90)/Josh Smith (89) (Traded Boozer for Smith)
SF: Lebron James (99)/Paul Pierce (82) (Traded Nachbar, Stackhouse and 2nd round pick for Pierce)
SG: OJ Mayo (88)/Ray Allen (81)
PG: Chris Paul (95) (Traded Rose, Ajinca and 1st round draft pick to New Orleans)/Russell Westbrook (85)
How is this now???
Mon Jan 12, 2009 9:00 pm
That's a very strong lineup. I'd say you're set for at least a couple of years there.
Tue Jan 13, 2009 9:32 am
I CALL IT "TEAM DEFENSE". NO ONE CAN SCORE ON ME, NO ONE CAN OUT REBOUND ME.
Dynasty> fantasy draft
C = T. DUNCAN
F = R. WALLACE
F = A. KIRILENKO
G = R. ARTEST
G = T. PRINCE
NBA LIVE 09 DEPENDS SO MUCH ON THE POST AND IT'S SO HARD TO SHOOT CONSISTENTLY WITH A GUY IN YOUR FACE.
WHY NOT DESTROY EVERYONE WITH DEFENSE.
Tue Jan 13, 2009 5:37 pm
I'm not surprised, that's an incredibly tough defensive lineup that still has a fair amount of offensive firepower to boot.
Thu Jan 15, 2009 2:43 am
My lineup with the Miami Heat in 2011
G. Oden(86)/ A. Biedrins(79)
C. Bosh(87)/ T. Thomas(74)
K. Durant(88)/ L. Fortsen(73; generated)
E. Barrett(92; generated)/ S.Flynn(74; generated)
D. Rose(89)/ DJ Augustin(82)
I did the 2008 draft again and got Rose. Then in the next I got Barrett with the second pick ovrl. He is a 6-8 SG and he was already 82. So I decided to trade Wade because I already got a very good SG with Barrett. I offered Wade to the Raptors for Chris Bosh and they accepted. Then I traded many of my bench players for draft picks until I had 4 first round picks. Then I traded two rookies I drafted along with my first round pick to Portland for Roy. But he wasn't playing very well so i traded him for Durant. I got Oden in exchange for Aldridge but I have forgotten how I got Aldridge. My team is now like 50-7 and Barrett has already got an MVP-Title and is 3-Point-champ
