Brandon Roy would be an odd choice since they usually go for a more high profile player and Roy isn't at that level just yet. Ray Allen seems more likely out of the suggestions posted so far.

But the other two blanks, look a lot like kobe more than allen

It's not just about stats though. It's about a player being recognisable, widely popular and marketable. Roy doesn't really have that kind of mass appeal just yet, as fine a season he had in 2007/2008.

I'm actually surprised that they're still waiting to unveil the cover player. I thought the announcement might come a lot sooner when Take-Two announced KG would be on their cover a couple of weeks back.

If you look carefully at the left arm of the silhouette, i has a sleeve on it so it could be Ray Allen IMO.
