PSP NBALIVE09 BUG

Hello
There is a screen where it goes to the main screen pushing the start button
of "NBALIVE09" of PSP.
Then, the start button doesn't often have the reaction even if it pushes.
Is this symptom a bug?

Depends if everyone is having that issue with the PSP version. If so, it's a bug in the game. If not, maybe it's a hardware problem.
