Today, when I was playing my dynasty game, after my action ,during auto replay, I've seen a pop-up sayin' "TOP10 NOMINEE" What does it mean ? Are there a TOP10 actions of the month showed after every month ?

I believe it's just part of the ESPN branding, though I'd suggest those plays are more likely to show up on the halftime and fulltime highlight reels. There aren't any daily, weekly or monthly highlight reels in Dynasty Mode.
