what's the diff between ps3 and xbox 306 nba live or nba 2k9

I've heard there are some framerate issues with the PS3 version of NBA Live but apart from that they're pretty much identical in terms of features, strengths and weaknesses. I would suggest the 360 and PS3 versions of 2K9 are identical as well.
