You mean in NBA Live 09? Yes, that remains uncorrected as of now.

in the 360/PS3 versions you can download a free update from the XBL Marketplace or the PSN. For the PS2 version there will not be an update.
Opinions are my own.

wow! is there a way to download it to PC? then save in USB and install it from there to PS3 because Playstation Store is not working here in Qatar. i will be more thankful if you can give a link. thanks in advance.

It would have to be downloaded from the PSN first. I'm not sure if the update could then be transferred to the PC and uploaded for others to download onto a USB and transfer to their consoles as I don't have a PS3.

^that's very unfortunate. it's ironic that the PSN is not working here in Qatar. Why? maybe because the telecom company here or service provider did not make a deal with Sony? if that so... why not provide patches and updates that can be downloaded thru PC and save in removable media and ask for the game's product code to proceed on downloads?
I am beginning to dislike PS3 now because of these. Why Sony (PS3) is so hard on their customers? I mean do they don't know that there are some countries wherein their PSN is not working? sorry if i may sound so disappointed but i do hope you get what i mean lol

No need to apologise, I think we'd all find that situation very frustrating. I'm not sure what the situation is exactly, perhaps you could contact Sony's customer support and ask them what the situation is and whether it's something that will be resolved.

true. really frustrating. i guess better to look at my console's manual and try customer support. did you try it before? are they nice on phone? because i don't want to waste my time trying to voice out my sentiments and ended up much more disappointed

I've never contacted Sony, I have an Xbox 360 and haven't had any similar issues with Xbox Live here in Australia.

I have a question, so basically ( I'm a 360 user by the way) i can go to the marketplace on xbox live and there's something that i can download so i can get PROPER and actual oklahoma city THUNDER jersey's? instead of using like black practice jersey's.

That's correct, it replaces all the default Oklahoma City artwork (the ones they used during the summer leagues) and it's free. Unfortunately it doesn't update the team name however, so in the menus they'll still show up as the "Oklahoma City Oklahoma City".
