FIBA Tourney format

Does anyone know how the FIBA tourney format will be setup? Just wondering if it will be a 12 team tourney with round robin format or will all 24 teams be included. This will be one of the main reasons I purchase the game.I am hoping gameplay has been improved as well.

all 24 teams will be split into 4 groups and will play each other once, and the top 4 teams from each group will play each other in a 16 team tournament and of course the teams that win will advance, its also a reason why i will buy this game
