Team Chemistry

Hey wondering if anyone knows how to improve the overall team chemistry..mostly when players complain that they don't do enough events together as a team!!!!! Driving me nuts!!!!!

Thoughts? suggestions?

You can let the Assistant Head Coach take care of it but if you find his scheduling has upset players (ie not enough team events), you can select the offdays on the calendar and change whatever activity has been scheduled (practice, rest, team event etc) accordingly.
