Need help gamepad buttom

hello every body i need help.
when i start a game every thing all right but when the game start i cant do change in the starting 5:
(i play with a gamepad)
i meen i cant push on the coaching buttom.

with that menu you have to wait for the game to start

to change your starting 5 press start or enter or whatever pause is for you while the game is loading

i wait and the games start but i cant switch player and i dont know why.
