i started the game then comes nothing... it leads me to desktop...

Well, knowing your system specs and graphic drivers would help...Also, whether or not you overclock, if you have any program running in the background, etc.

well, i have a processor having 3.06GHz
and 2GB Ram.
i have also a 9400gt 512mb video card.

I didn't see this actually...
Cannot discuss this here, and it's obviously what's causing the problem. Buy the game, or use the real .exe if you did buy it.
