My computer specs is:
Windows XP SP2
Athlon Dual Core
1GB Memory
160GB HD
256 GeForce 7200

Why I can't play NBA 2k9 in full mode?

because your graphics card is not that good. The recommended card is a 7900 or better. I suggest getting a 8600 GT or better.
