Nah, the 4850 is much slower than the 4870. It's a very good card, but it's not on the same level.
You should still be able to maximize most settings with a 4850 though.

Like I said, you should be able to play at max with a 4850, provided that the rest of your system is good too.
I'm sure some peeps here have this card and could confirm that.

Your system isn't bad but your integrated graphic chipset will not be able to handle the game, you should not be able to run it at all.
You'll need to install a new video card if you wanna play. There's plenty of great cards that are quite cheap these days, just make sure it's compatible with your motherboard and fits in your case.

Not too sure what you mean by that, but basically you seem to already know the answer: you cannot possibly keep using a 250W PSU with a system like that. You need to purchase a better one (500W or more I would say), otherwise your components will not have enough juice to properly run, especially your video card if you do install it. You will keep getting crashes, lockups and visual glitches if you do not upgrade your power supply.
This type of PSU should not be too expensive these days.

Haha, that's no big deal but now I understand better. When it comes to Dell, you might as well talk to your toaster if you want some tech advice, those people are braindead.
If they are properly working, your components only take the juice that they need from the PSU. You can buy a 1200W PSU if you want, it's not gonna blow them up or melt them...it will be utterly useless because you'll never need that much power, but it wouldn't hurt your system in any way.
Just get a 500W PSU and you'll be fine. ;)

EDIT: I would have recommended newegg.com to get one, but if you have such a small case, you may need to see one right in front of you to see if it will fit, so Best Buy, CompUSA or Circuit City I guess. But really, you'll probably need to get a larger case.

You probably can, but you should see if you can find a smaller PC store in your area (the kind that removes viruses, sells PC hardware and such), Best Buy charges some crazy amounts for simple things that can be done by other PC professionals for half the price.

Well, the card certainly meets the minimum requirements, but to know what kind of settings you could be running, information about the rest of your system would be useful as well.
