A graphical error in ESPN NBA Basketball (2K4)

There's this graphical error in ESPN NBA Basketball (2K4) that I wanna cover, first of all, Cal Bowdler, the player known for getting 7 fouls in 1 game back in 1999, is included in the game, he was playing overseas in Italy when this game was released but was included as a free agent despite this, however, there is a graphical error on his model, and that is: 2 dark brown triangles appear near his neck, as seen in the screenshot below, it's unknown what's causing this, probably a development error but it's strange.

The following screenshot is from the original XBOX version, as it was taken in OBS Studio from my modded original XBOX with an EVGA XR1 Lite capture card, I'm not sure if this graphical error exists in the PS2 version though, as I haven't checked that version, I'll update this once I checked to see if this exists on the PS2 version.

Interesting, definitely looks like an error with an unfinished texture or something of that nature. Probably a case of him being overlooked because he's in the free agents, a la Anthony "Pig" Miller in NBA Live 06.
