how to execute pick n rolls?

Tue Nov 11, 2008 7:48 am

when i press the dual player button, it highlights the player that i picked, and so i press the button 2 for a pick n roll. the other player does give me a pick, but when i go around his pick, he just stands there, just lick a pick n pop, not pick n roll.

i tried pressing the dual player button, pressing button 2, then pressing the dual player button again then button 6 to manually switch to the other player. this works, but its such s chore. any ideas anybody?

change whatever team you're using offensive playbook.
i think default when you press coaching plays in game 'quick pick n roll' is already listed as one of the quick plays.
but you can go to offensive playbook and choose whichever plays you want and there are different types of plays for pick n roll you may want to choose.

Well, for me, I use a Logitech Dual Action Controller, and to perfrom a Pick and Roll: I click the Left Bumper (Number 7), which enables the Dual Player Controls, then I press the 3 Button (On offense this is the Crossover Button), and someone will come set a pick for me.

Hope that helps.:)

i can execute the quick pick n roll play using the dual player controls or the quick play button, but the other player just gives me a pick n pop as opposed to a pick n roll, in which the other player cuts to basket hoping for a lead pass. i hope someone can help.

Here is how it's done:
1-First the dual player control
2-Then (Tap) the crossover button for a -Pick and Roll- or (Press) the crossover button for a -Pick and Pop-
and that's it. hope that helps
