Can i play this game with ultra high settings?

^^ how sure are you about that advise and how tangible are the results?
with my specs on my sig, i get smooth fps at ultra high settings + 16xAF forced via nVIDIA control panel at 1680x1050..without vsynyc fps goes higher than 60fps which is more than enough.
So i ask you, how sure are you that the difference would be tangible if he got himself a quad?

A Quad doesn't have to make it faster, you just have the option of running more than one application smoother.
