no inboundng glitch

guys....2k9 works perfectly for me until yesterday when I noticed a problem.. the ball is not anymore inbounded everytime the opponent shoots. this did not happen to me before so I was thinking maybe I changed a setiing or anything in the program. how do I fix this problem please?

delete tha settings file and restart tha game.
