VP6 Converter?

Is there a way to make your videos into vp6 format?
I Searched here but all the links were deleted or disabled

Now one more question . I made my intro.vp6 i put it in videos folder but still the intro doesn't work in game

Let me help you with your problem, by default Live08 doesn't play the intro video unlike in Live07, so the best remedy is to use Live07 screens~bootup~title.big because that's the file you need to play the intro video for Live08. Check the Misc 08 download section and download NBA 2K13 boot-up screen and see how it works.
