How to Use FshX?

Hello My Co-NBA LIVE patchers..
I am just new here hope you can answer my noob question..AGAIN..
How to use FshX? Because I don't know how to edit it and I can't edit it..I am clicking it but I can't Edit it..How?..Do I need to download something or what?..I've downloaded the FshX where PGR3 gave the link in his section..

The readme file:

To use:

Extract FSH file using BigGUI or EAGraph.

Open FSH file with FshX.

To import new artwork, select import and navigate to file.

To increase resolution to support 2x, select Double Resolution.

Save file to complete changes.

How to extract?ehehe..Sorry Bro..Just a newbie In Comp. Technology..ehehe..

Texture --> Export

You can import it as a .dds file or a Bitmap file. I suggest extracting it in the Bitmap format.
