Do you know if there will be a roster update for the xbox360?
And if there is or if there will be can u tell me how to get because this is my first going online and all that...thnks

if you are connected to xbox live, log in and try to play an online match, ranked or unranked and it should prompt you that you dont have the right rosters. you can download it right there.

How about for the PSP and PS3? I hope they would provide a roster update for these two consoles.

Is their an update for the PS3 roster and for the Xbox 360 roster update can youfind Penny Hardaway in the Heat?

The October 4th update for the 360 version doesn't include Hardaway but does include a few other transactions. Perhaps Hardaway being signed a non-guaranteed contract presents some issues in as far as including him in official roster updates for the time being seeing as though he hasn't been signed to a guaranteed contract since his last deal expired in 2006.
Once you download it you can use it in offline play, too.
