Nope.. Try to run and play it then close.. It will automatically creates a "NBA LIVE 10" folder then copy your old saved roster or dynasty files from NBA LIVE 08 to new NBA LIVE 10

btw bro, how did you changed the exe icon? got a tutorial on that?

you will see the NBA LIVE 10 folder after you run it.. just search it on google its a software that can change exe file icon

but in my personal opinion i think its best to make dornas like the real advertisements they have in the arenas. i'm sure none of the arenas advertise nba live 10
