Use it as a base ... beginning of the playoffs? Go for it ... or maybe earlier man ...

This is getting worst! And I have my sympathy to mhikez regarding patchers who spent almost their nights and days just to finish their works and yet upon releasing,downloaders dont even care to drop a line and say " Fuck nice your work".They might thinking the other way around,'dont care 'bout you shit,just need your patches" or "When will you release the next batch?' and the worst of all "Can I request you to do these?".Ive checked the details of my latest release,and man 90 downloaded but i got only 2 comments behind.These fellas are what we called "BURAOTS" in filipinos. It has been that way since mods existed. It's not going to change. If not many people are commenting, but you are getting a lot of downloads, people are happy with the mod. Take the silence as gratitude.

Overall,people need to realize that this is not a popularity contest.If people don't say/comment on a certain patch/mod then so be it.What does matter is how you(the creator) of the patch/mod feels about the product.

These games being a few years old now doesn't help matters either. So long as you're getting some feedback and a healthy amount of downloads, I believe you can take pride and enjoyment in that.

this is all i can add... I'm not a patcher, but I'm an NBA live fan.. since i discover that there's another way of updating players, teams, logos, etc. NBA games in our town is now rising again..we say bye2 to "1st blood" :lol:

I'm stalling updated NBA live games on every internet cafe in our town secretly, then suddenly it booms!! :shock:

they are now playing that game,,but i think i just help that internet cafe to earn more money.. :roll:

Man, that cafe should recognize you. I also did that last year. More kids played in that cafe .. but suddenly the cafe upgraded their PC's and got 4-GB RAM and 1.5 GB Video Card for each pc. Back then it was 2K11.

But still, happy to see people use our updates.
