Technically you are correct about that but like i said,you made yourself clear about wanting a re-upload.Also if i remember correctly,you made a thread about releasing them.And to tell you the truth,that is quite annoying.
And to the creator that could be annoying as well and further him away more from re-releasing it all together.There is a thing called "patience".You should learn how to use it.It is not the end of the world if you do not have it.

Mhikez, Dc311 is right, why right? Because you posted more than once with the same message all over again. You could just use the edit button. And also you released a patch without a patcher's permission? I am really sure that the patcher who made that patch will get annoyed because you released it without permission and he/she who did all they got to make that patch and will not be credited and you will just release that like nothing happen? Also like Dc311 said there is called patience if you would really like an updated version of the espn Scoreboard. PM the maker of the patch which is so Badger & magicn. And dude 1 post is enough if you will just post the same word again. and of course we all want cooperation in this forum we are all users who contributes to make nba live or 2k better so what's the point of fighting right? My suggestion is mhikez you just PM Badger so you can get what you want. And of course ask for permission if you want to release a patch. Or if you can't contact the one who made it. you might as well give credits to the maker of the patch. I am sure when the time has come and that patcher came back he will surely understand that you just putted credits to him because you can't contact him/her anymore. Anyways let's stop fighting and let's hope that this forum will help each other to make a complete patch that can make the nba live or 2k user's thanks for reading this mhikez. Im sure you will understand.

@mhikez:I have been respectful to all of the patchers and other members in this forum.I will not be respectful if they do not read the rules.And i am guessing you never did.I have never and i will never consider myself a Moderator or Administrator.The reason i let people know what they have done wrong is so they will not get into any sort of trouble with the actual Administration.Which means i really do have respect for others and the Administration of this forum and i am starting to not have any with you.If anybody has any problem with me,well then that is their problem and it will not affect my life and i will not consider it an insult.It is part of life.I can take critisizm.Andrew is probably not annoyed with this because he has seen this happen so many times that he is not going to bother with this.But he will be annoyed if this continues with you re-asking to re-upload and with you and i arguing about this.With that said,i am going to end this because this is not the place to be arguing about this.So it will end now.
