05 is supported - I tested... Maybe Ur file is invalid or already modified by some other tool?

Actually, I didn't understand what U wanna do.
If U wanna rename GER-file to ENG-one U should also get fonts, which support special German letters.

It is a program that can change the locale files ..for example the writings in the menu and some stuff..

Nope. This program is only 4 editing texts.

Emmm... just edit the lines... Just use LockBook to easily find the strings you need.

But make sure, you use v. 3.1.4. 'cause in v. 3.1.3 there is a small bug connected with LockBook.
