I have my game on speed about 47 and 8mins/qtr,
(well, for sure I can still get realistic stats after some slider tweak~)
so I actually have not had any "speed bug" experience...
however, I may try later when I'm satisfied with my elimination parts.

In fact, the shot release of v0.462 beta was based on his GTM already...
I change ID from 1 to 61 because I just found that there's others already
using '1' in players.dbf... and we can just assign one sigshot to one player.
