Hi Tnt,

I don't want you to blow up at me...just a few options.
I think you are doing a great job. I was the one who suggested Mikan. I am playing 2006. I placed O'Neal on Orlando, Jabbar on the Milwaukee Bucks with oscar Roberston abd Chamberlain on Philly. All 3 played for those teams. In this way, you are able to have them start for their teams.

Another point, I think you should only list the players once. Some of us will play it like a girl, and it does not look good with duplicate players. I left garnett on minnesota. In addition, I placed Bird on Indiana and McHale on Minnesota. The Celtic are so strong. They are affiliated with those teams now. I will send you a list of major stars on my team. What do you think; especially the duplicate players.

My Teams:
Atlanta-Pettit, Hagan Boston-Russsell-Cousy-Sharman-Heinsohn-Havilcek
Charlotte-Parish-Rice Chicage-Jordan, Pippen
Cleveland-James, Duagherty, L. Wilkins Dallas-Nowitski, Dampier
Denver-Anthony, Issel, Thompson Detrot-Lanier, Bing, Yardley, I.Thomas
Golden-Thurmond, D.Scahyes Houston-M.Malone, R.Barry, McGrady
Indiana-Bird, R.Miller LAC-McAdoo, Chambers
LAL-West, Mikan, Baylor, M.Johnson, Worthy Memphis-Gasol, Wright
Miami-Mourning, Seikaly, Wade Bucks-Robertson, Alcindor[Jabbar}
Minn-McHale, Garnett, Cassell NJ-Erving, Kidd, Mercer
NO-Maravich, Bellamy NYKnicks-Reed, Frazier, Gallatin, Guerin
Orlando-O'Neal, Hardaway Philly-Chamberlain, Arizin, Johnston
Phoenix-C.Hawkins, Barkley Portland-Walton, Drexler
Sac-Webber, J.Lucas, Archibald SANS-Duncan, Gervin, Robinson
Seattle-S.Haywood, Payton Toronto-Carter, Marshall, Bosh
Utah-K.Malone, Stockton Wash-S.Haywood, Unseld, Monroe, E.Hayes

McAuley-Atlanta, Sam Jones, K.C. Jones, Cowens-Celtics...true legends

I tried to put a player on a team even if he just played briefly so everyone could get more playing time and an attempt to balance the teams. [no duplicates]

I am going out now to buy 2008.

Take care,
Jay

thx for your work man, i have taken a week vacation from patchin, but will get back at it very soon...as for the duplicate...welll it was an dilema i had from start...n decided to mostly double n sometimes tripple some players... i know playing rodman vs rodman looks kinda odd to some people...but then again i thought it would be the same people who would also find it strange to play koby on same lineup with magic.

i took more into consideration the aspect that everybody got his fav team n fav player
and philly fans just like phoenix or houston fans might not like the fact that barkley aint on their team...
so its up to the players to bench any doubles i guess...
if many people like it the "no doubles" way, once the project is finalised it will be easy to release players off each team...but then again some people might like the final choices...so i might leave it up to them:)
take care Jay

btw u gonna love 08 if u playing 06 cuz my 06 got unistalled after 06 minutes of play:)

Hi Tnt,

I sent Andrew a similar requests of players. I would like to play his rosters for the 2008 season and your legends. I don't expect you to create everything. If i could just get the face and cyberpack, I could do the rest. If I can help; please let me know. My knowledge is limited on creating the face packs.

Take care,
jaredsox

2. Jim Chones
3. Nate Thurmond

Power Forwards.
1. John "Hotrod" Williams
2. Larry Nance
3. Tyrone Hill

Small Forwards.
1. Lebron James
2. Bingo Smith
3. Campy Russell

Shooting Guards
1. Austin Carr
2. Ron Harper
3. World B. Free

Point Guards.
1. Mark price
2. Terrell Brandon
3. John Bagley

Hi TNT,

How are the Rosters coming along? I had a thought for you. Would it be easier to create some extra players and place them into the free agents/legends pool. In that way, we could select which players to place on our teams. Many of the legends are in the database but don't have the player portrait package. I did a lot of research and my teams appear to be pretty balanced. I wish that i could help you but don't have your knowledge to create portraits/cyberfaces.

Take care,

Jay

That would be impossible, as the project was never released.

Ah such a pity, i really like these kind of roster patches. Just too bad not many people make them. Thanks for the response anyway.

I've been dabbling in something similar: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=98529

I'm hoping I can put out another beta soon.
