Lagoa Court´s - KNICKS/CELTICS/PACERS/WOLVES preview!

The courts so far are great.

Can you please just make sure when you get to the Memphis court that you do the right shades of dark blue, light blue (for the lines) and yellow. The blue is and yellow is always too light, and it's the same thing as doing grey instead of black for the Spurs court.

It should be darker blue then the Hawks court.

Lagoa,

I enabled this (AA 6x, AF 16x) but i can't play. Because my computer is curtailed. I didn't happen like this in Live 07. In Live 07, your patch is perfect, but in 08 i can't have performance as well as you. Why did this happen?

welet1905, it looks like you have reflections set to off in the detail settings, that's why it looks different. What you see in Lagoa's screens is the reflection of the stadium.

Lagoa, your Clippers court is ok, but the color of the key is inaccurate. I have been to Staples Center personally and can tell you that it is indeed a darker red.

As for the Clippers court, I wouldn't have suggested a fix unless I was absolutely sure that one is needed (and because I have much respect to your work). Even in GettyImages it's easy to see that the real colors of the court are more saturated than the ones you made, see for yourself:

It's your court after all, but in my opinion it would look more realistic and better generally if you fix the colors a bit.

p.s. as for your question to Pdub IMO both red and blue should be fixed

Hey Logoa, thanks for your hardwork on these amazing courts.

just want to point out some minor problems..the "NBA" logo is missing above the center court in portland..also the court lines have different thickness as you can see in the pic..this problem also happens in other courts too (NOT all) like miami,chicago,houston,santonio,new jersey,suns,portland,seattle etc

it would be perfect if you can fix those minor thing in ur future release :wink:

lagoa i dont think it has anything to do with the cpu but whatever,

anyways nice courts again except i noticed the one side of the bulls is not really nice, see picture below, it's only 1 side the other side is fine.

I also noticed that the mavericks court has on 1 side 2 lines under the logo and the other side doesn't now are those lines suppose to be there or are they just a left over that was forgotten to be removed ? See pic below.

another problem i noticed is that the 76'rs court the text is really hard to read now i have everything maxed on my video card which is a nvidia 8600 GT with 16x antialiasing and 16x anisotropic filtering on so it must look good and it's not the video card also i'm running on a quad core processor and the memory is also not the problem, so there must be something wrong with the texturing because when i use the court from last year which i think was made by looser the court looks great and there is not this problem, see pic below mate. I know your doing the best you can and i'm just giving you pointers where it could be improved to become the best courts for 08.

Hey Guys...CMON!

Morpheus: you have a configuration problem in 76ers court....Bulls logo is slow because old file have more than 2MB, and games crashes. Dallas i will fix...Man, PLEASE, stop posting big images, broken layout tópic....

BBC83: I think Blazers have not NBA Logo...last year not apears...i think is the same this year! :wink:

and man, please....the lines is not 100% the same....

So how o we fix this configuration problem ? Because i did nothing but install it. All the other courts do not have this problem. I returned back to the bulls court from pack 1 and that one looks better and works.

If the old Bulls works for you, what the problem man? Use old file... :wink:

Lagoa's right man, please edit your posts and replace these big images with links so the page will load faster and won't look like a mess.

Actually, the Blazers court does have a NBA logo on it, here is an image from a game against the Sonics (it's a bit blurry but trust me, it's there :wink:

Lagoa, I just saw Portland and Seattle courts on the NBATV highlights and I noticed that the logos in the center are bigger than in your courts, so make sure you put these fixes in your list too :wink:
