User Shooting Problem

I got a shooting problem after installing the latest roster update (June 25) in 08. Before updating everything was fine but after the user controlled players shoots weird. As if the user held the button for too long.

Nothing my update does should cause a problem like that. It sounds more like a conflict with a custom aiact.viv file.
