URGENT NBA live 2008 questions!!!!

Hey guys, I know this probably isnt the best place to ask this question. I just bought NBA live 2008 , for PS2. I need some HELP!

1) how do you sign international players to your NBA teams? I want Scola which is on the Argentina team on my Rockets, but do not know how to do it?

2) how to designate NBA players to play on the international teams? e.g. Francis -> USA team

For future reference, any NBA Live 08 questions belong in NBA Live 08 General rather than NBA Live General. Thanks.

1. This guide will help you transfer players through DBF editing.

2. The method is the same as editing the All-Star teams.
