Is there a way to change all star team names?

It's a field in teams.dbf, but I have a feeling that doing so will cause a crash (or be ineffective, due to the TEAMCODE).

You could change the TEAMCODE so that the game no longer recognises them as the East and West All-Stars. Of course, All-Star Weekend won't work properly then (neither the standalone mode, nor the one in Season/Dynasty Mode).
