how come the roster is not updated into dynasty

i downloaded the latest roster and it has been working great for my season mode. However when i try enter dynasty, it brings bac the old roster. how can i put the latest roster in dynasty

You can't. Roster updates don't affect a Dynasty in progress, otherwise season data would be wiped.

actually i try experimenting things with the rosters.

go to your saved NLSC files then copy all files.
next go to your folder NBA live08>database> originaldb.
then here you can paste what you've copied without having problems on loading the roster.

if you can't do it you're a noob.

Sorry, I misread the original question as updating a Dynasty in progress.

You can certainly do what mcguanlao13 suggested but the easiest way to make sure you take an updated roster into Dynasty Mode is to make sure the 2007 Draft option is disabled when you start a new Dynasty game.
