Thierry •, Nah Vucci-Mane is probably the guy that is closest to untouchable right now. JJ is interesting, much like in real life, he probably means more to the Magic than he would any other team, so I will keep tabs on whether he intends to stay and move from there. I think the demand for him is higher in real life though. So in the game it should be easy to keep him. Think I would prefer to move Afflalo to be honest, although I like both of them.

Larvae, Yeah exactly, there will be ups and downs, it is all about looking at the big picture. While it is nice to go on a win streak or two, this season is not really the target.

Alright guys, apologies for the disappearing act. I was away on a work trip for a week and a half, and had intentions of working on some updates while I was away but time was more limited than expected.

Now I need your help on a few things;

Firstly, I am considering restarting my save file from the current date, that way all results and transactions will be as they are in real life. This will be hard for me emotionally as I will no longer have JJ as a Magician
I will keep all the previous updates in here and just jump forward in time a bit.
So first question is should I do this, or just continue on as I am?

Secondly, were I to do the above suggestion. Is that possible with roster updates created by the online community? Ie, when you are choosing to start the dynasty from a given date in time rather than start of the season, do you need to be using the official 2K roster updates?
If I were to go through with this I need to wait for 2K support to get back to me regarding making online active on my desktop (loaded the game on my laptop first over Christmas).

Anyway, thoughts/suggestions?

I watched the Sixers vs Magic last night and i really like what they got in the deal, Beno is a leadership Harris is coming into his own and Lamb is the raw rookie for the future!

Andrew_Wiggins, Thanks man, glad you are following. Yeah I really wanted to make sure I got Tobias "All Business" Harris. I have simmed most games up till the trade deadline so will be posting a large round up/update of that. Just trying to get through this season at this stage.

(I am a month late reading it lol, but seeing as how I have a small window of time right now, I put it to good use) Good on you rejecting that Wallace trade; although tempting, I believe Davis and Harrington's role player contributions are worth more than Wallace's. The near future outlook for your team doesn't look all that bad, hopefully you can hold your own in the Eastern Conference.

Axel., Cheers man. Yeah it was initally tempting, but with the young guys and also Afflalo and Redick on the wings there wasn't really any space for Crash, had I been a contender I would have more seriously considered it.

Yeap I think this team will be a lesson in rebuilding in a quick manner. I have full intentions of keeping JJ and will want to have a side that is competing before he is too old.


I have simmed most of the season up to the end of Feb and will be doing a mid season round up. Probably about 33% completed, so potentially will have up tonight.

That's how it is: Orlando's season won't have much to tell. So you should try to get it done quickly and reach the offseason, where you can maybe form your roster a bit.
