The Prologue

He moved to USA when he was 14 years old and found basketball in America. His own father was the source of knowledge of basketball and Rauno's trainer till age of 18.
He played only one year in Syracuse College and already entered his name to NBA draft list. Rauno is 7'1 tall and is a presence down in the post with his shot blocking ability.
But is he ready to battle on the courts of NBA against the greatest basketball players in the world? Only time will tell.

Draft

Rauno was predicted to go to the Thunder with 29th pick in the first round after a very nice draft combine performances,
but Hawk saw something in Rauno that they thought would be a good complimentary to their team and drafted him with their 24th pick.
Rick Sund, General Manager of Atlanta Hawks commented on the pick " We need someone to help us defensively in the post and Rauno
is just the help we need. He can bring energy and shot blocking to our team and grab some rebounds in real hurry."
Rauno, is known for his good defense but with 61 FG% he showed he can be trusted in offense as well.
Rauno will develop into solid player, but its hard to say if he will ever become a true Superstar.

Yeah thanks, i sure hope so, just finished my first summer league game, was beasting the Cavaliers.

Rauno had outstanding Summer League game, with 20 points, 20 rebounds and 6 blocks round up those number nicely.
Insanity collected 3 dimes but had a bad touche on the ball and lost it too many times.
If he keeps up with this good effort he will have no problem fitting Hawks NBA team. Josh Smith who watched the game from stands
really liked what he saw in Rauno, " He was doing it all, it was like NO EASY BASKETS was his motto. I was scared when he cannon-balled
Cavaliers shots to stands all game."
Rauno contributed big time to Hawks win 80:63 over Cleveland. Hawks next game is against Chicago Bulls.

Yeah, he was like absorbing those damn rebounds, everything that flouted was his.

What really surprises me are those blocked shots. The Hawks need some size at the center position anyways.

GAME 2 of Summer League




Yet another great game by Insanity with 20 points and 22 rebounds across the board. Hawks take a blowout win over Bulls 89:67.
Rauno had big time help from Teague who scored 20 points and stole the orange 2 times. Bulls best was Taj Gibson with near double-double with 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
Rauno swat 4 balls to the stands and one happy boy was able to catch it and was able to keep it to himself. That boy game to ask autograph from Insanity after game.
We took the chance to interview that boy. When asked what he felt when caught the ball and saw that the referees were kind enough to let him keep the ball he answered, " I was
so happy, i didn't expect that when i entered the gym. I hope Rauno will do good in NBA, he will surely be one of my favorites now."

After game Hawks General Manager told us that Rauno has already proven himself to them and will not take risks playing him long minutes in the Summer League.
He will just be given few minutes off the bench next 2 games. " He plays really well, and he is just what we need. He has proven himself worthy to us already and we
don't want to risk loosing him in Summer League," said Rick Sund. It seems that with two great games, at least 20 points and 20 rebounds in both of them, Insanity
has already a spot in Atlanta Hawks NBA roster. Good luck to Rauno from here in the Studio.( Sorry guys, Summer League games are boring as hell. )


Hawk won both games even with Raunos absence. Against Memphis Grizzlies and against Indiana Pacers. As said Rauno made to the Atlanta Hawks NBA team with his good performances.
Teague was the reason why Hawks won the last two summer league games, he scored magnificent 26 points against Grizzlies and 28 against Pacers.
Rauno will not make it to the Starting lineup just yet, as Hawks already have a great starting Center, Horford. But Rauno will come off the bench to give Hawks just what they need, Low block presence.



Hawk fans look forward to Season opener Against the Grizzlies at Memphis were Rauno makes his Debut.
Atlanta fans expect good season this time, as their stars are in good form. There was about 200-400 fans watching Hawks yesterdays practice and Joe Johnson
was giving them a spectacular show. He shot three pointers and made 17 in a row.

First NBA Game




Atlanta Hawks walked away with victory from Memphis, 87:72.
It was a good night for Josh Smith who had a Double-Double with 11 points, 10 rebounds, 4 dimes, 2 steals and 4 blocks.
Insanity also had 4 blocks, but in 12 minutes of play. He scored 7 points and had only 3 rebounds in his debut game.
" I don't think i had a bad game, i think i had pretty good game. 4 blocks is still a good margin," - laughs Rauno a bit.
Grizzlies best were Rudy Gay with 23 points and 7 rebounds, and Marc Gasol with Double-Double 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Hawks won the game because of their good defense, they blocked 11 shots and had 10 steals for the game.

Trade

There was a trade between Atlanta Hawks and Detroit Pistons. Pistons sent Tracy McGrady to Hawks in exchange of Guard Jeff Teague.
It is easy to think they wanted Teague as he lit up the Summer League with 20+ performances. For Hawks it was a good deal as well,
as T-Mac is trying to make a come-back, it would mean a great deal for Hawks if he'd perform really good at Atlanta.

2nd Game of the Season for Hawks

Hawks had a close win over 76ers, the win came roughly on the 4th quarter at final minute. Score was 82:81.
As rookie Rauno Sisask went for a 2 and 1 with a hard foul and made the free-throw after what he was subbed out at score 75:76 76ers in front, at that point Hawks team
took the control of the game and scored at every attack.
Al Horford had a good game with a double-double, 13 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks. Josh Smith had a outstanding defensive game with 3 steals and 3 blocks.
Rookie, Insanity had a Double-double with 15 points, 10 rebounds and solid 4 swats.
New Hawk Tracy McGrady had an off night, scoring just 1 point and getting 1 rebound, that wasn't the performance Hawks fans expected from T-Mac.
76ers best was Elton Brand with 18 points and 10 rebounds. This was 2nd win of two games for Hawk and both games have been on the road.
" I had a good feeling, i felt it was a good night, "- said Rauno at the press conference. Hawks head-coach laughed and said-" We had a solid game, but if
we want to make a great run this season, we have to play even better." Atlanta is no doubt a good team, but we will see how far will they get this season.

Game 3 of the Season



Hawk lost this home game after winning two on the road. Wizards won this blowout game by a huge margin, 90:76.
Wizards were up by ten already at 1st quarter but Hawks caught up at 29:29 in the second quarter and managed to give it up once again going to half-time.
In the battle of Rookies, between John Wall and Rauno Sisask, took John Wall a close win, having 19 points, 5 assists and 2 steals, while Insanity had
4 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 blocks. Wizards was led by Jawal McGee who had 19 points and 15 rebounds.
Tracy McGrady had a lot better game this night, compared to his last game performance, he scored 6 points, had 2 rebounds and 3 assists, if he keeps on growing stats like that,
his come-back will be great. Hawks next game is at Cleveland against Kingless Cavaliers. Hawks hope to get a win against them.

Game 4 Of the NBA Season




Hawks come from behind and take this low scoring game by seven. They have won 3 out of 3 on road games and lost 1 out of 1 at home.
They have showed early in the season that their opponents must fear them when they come to play at their house.
News of that night is the Rookie of Hawks, Rauno Sisask, who was crowned Jordan Player Of The Game.
He had 19 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks, he truly was a beast at defense. When he was asked at game conference how he trains his shot blocking and how does
it feel setting his new Career high record in NBA. he smiled and said- "It feels great man, i have trained hard to block shot, always trying to improve my timing.
It is good to see that hard work finally pays off.
Their next game is against Detroit Pistons at home. Looking to get their first win at home against them. Also McGrady has his first look against his old team.

Hawks lost one after winning 3 road games in a row and Timberwolves were happy to get their 3rd win overall.
Timberwolves started strongly right for the get-away but Hawks didn't let them get what they wanted and held on.
Again a great game from Insanity with a double-double, 15 points and rebounds and also 4 blocks. Timberwolves were
led by Kevin Love who had 21 points and 7 rebounds. Hawks head-coach said that Hawks will recover from this loss
and be ready for next game which is against Phoenix Suns and Steve Nash at home.
