Arriving at the Target Center, Newly acquired PF Amar'e Stoudemire is looking pumped up after the Free Agency Frenzy

Stoudemire's 20-20 game Lifts New York over T'Wolves

Who Needs Nash, certainly not Amar'e as he lifts the New York Knicks over T'Wolves.
New York was struggling because of early foul troubles to Amar'e Stoudemire w/ 2 early fouls and Raymond Felton w/ 3 in just the 1st quarter.
"It was hard, every time I reach for the ball the refs blow the whistle" Raymond Felton said , the 6th yr PG got Fouled out in the 4th qtr leaving the game with just 2pts and 3 asts. Stepping up for Amar'e was Anthony Randolph who didn't had problem stepping up as he scores a quiet 21 pts and grabbing 10 rebs off the bench. Also stepping up for the foul troubled PGs was Wilson Chandler scoring 13 and also giving out 9 dimes. "They were both terrific, I told them to step up and they did" said Coach D'Antoni.


Amar'e Destroying the rim in the 2nd qtr vs. the T'Wolves. Amar'e Scored 28 pts. and 20 rebs.

The Knicks started their run at the 2nd qtr. w/ a back-to-back 3 pointers by Danillo Gallinari giving them a 34-29 lead and starting the 16-5 run, and from that The Knicks didn't looked back as they took the W. "We just had a bad game, There are nights like this when your shots just can't fall" Minnesota's Power Forward, Kevin Love said to the press. "We are a rebuilding team. We have just can't get wins, we have to earn it" said T'Wolves' coach Kurt Rambis, "We had them at the 1st half, and we let it slip away" he added.

Amar'e Scores 43 to cruise pass Clippers

The Knicks are on a roll winning their 2nd straight victory. They are now 2-0 to start the season.

This is Amar'e's Debut in the Garden as a Knick. The 5-time all-star scored a season-high 43 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. He shot 21-of-29 from the field.

The 1st qtr was quite a tight one ending the qtr with a score of 26-32 in favor of the Knicks. But when the 2nd qtr started, it was already a different story.
The Knicks started the 2nd quarter with 12-2 run and they never looked back as they route the clippers for the win.

Toney Douglas had his career-night w/ 11 assists coming of the bench although he scored only 2 points, Danilo Gallinari scored 27 and grabbed 7 rebounds, and Raymond Felton is still struggling with fouls, scored only 3 points. "I got to watch out, I promise this that next game i won't be on foul trouble" Raymond Felton said.


Knicks will be having their 1st back-to-back games vs. the Rockets and the Mavs. Can they still continue their streak? Can Amar'e continue on his scoring rampage? Will Felton be in foul trouble again? Tune in next week as the Knicks take on the rockets in the Toyota Center
