-My Player's Background-

Before Transferring and Playing to America. Kaede Rukawa(Rukawa Kaede) is one of the Prolific Scoring Players in Japan, High school Level. He made a Name for himself after becoming the Rookie of the year(Kanagawa Prefecture) in his 1st year in Shohoku High School Basketball Club, A team composed of Bad Boys ^_^

After they've Failed to win the Inter-High Tournament(the National Tournament), Kaede Rukawa promised to himself that he will Work/Practice Hard for the Next year Tournament. He also set his goal to become the No. 1 High School Player in Japan after the Humiliation that he Suffered(being beaten so Badly in a One on One match-up against the Ace Player of the Opposing Team, the current No. 1 Player that time). So in his last year in Shohoku High School, He had proven himself as the No 1 H. S. Player in Japan after they've won the National Championship. He also managed to Improved his Basketball Skill and Basketball I.Q. from being a Selfish/One on One Type of Player, He is now a Complete All Around Player. He can now play the Position of PG, SG & SF efficiently buy changing Playing Tactics in every Position for example if He is Playing the PG position, He is focusing in Looking for his teammates Openings and Making a good decision in Distributing the ball. when he is Playing in The SF Postion,He focused himself in getting the rebound and Helping their PF&C in Defending and Boxing out the Opponent in the Paint. And while playing his Favorite Position(SG) He is a beast in Scoring from Middle J. to Slashing the lane for a DUNK or a simple Lay up.

After He got the Blessings from His Senpai's and Coach to Transfer and continue His Basketball Career in America. He Choose to enroll in the College of North Carolina, his main reason is to play in the same School/College of his Idol "Michael Jordan". He Carried all his Improved Basketball Skills and Dangerous Arsenals in High School to the College of North Carolina Basketball Club and he earned a Starting Job in His Second Year. After having a good basketball Career in College, he got all the credentials he needed to enter and join the NBA 2010 Draft Combine.

-Even though his didn't made a big impact in his 1st game in the NBA, He surely impressed his Teammates and the Fans with his good Shot Selection and good decision making with the ball, His Attractive Appearance is also a "PLUS" Factor, once he Step inside the Court, all the Girls Attention are set to Him.

After their 1st Victory for their 1st game of the Season, the whole Chicago Bulls went to Celebrate in the down town of OKC but Kaede Rukawa choose to went straight to their Hotel Room to take a rest, his nature of being a Lone-Wolf is one of his Attributes since High School days. His Teammates understand their Rookie but they reminded him that Team Chemistry inside & outside the Court are really Important. Kaede Rukawa proceeds in his Hotel Room, thinking about his performance in his Debut as a NBA Pro. Back in High School, his 1st game with the Shohoku High is really a memorable one for Him, they've lost against their Rival Team(Ryonan High) but He is so confident back then 'coz he is playing with His close friends. But he didn't felt the same way when he played his 1st NBA Game. He is Asking himself, Why is he so uncomfortable playing the Game that he love more than anything else. Is it because Kevin Durant is so Tall and Strong that he could barely stop his movement, or Is it Fear of Playing against those Giant American Players? but He knows in himself that the more Pressure puts on him, the More competitive he became. "But Why?" Rukawa whispered, then suddenly his Cellphone rings, It is an Overseas Call.

Rukawa: Hello?!
Coach Anzai: Congratulations Rukawa! A very Impressive Debut Ho! Ho! Ho! (*Speaking in Japanese Language)
Rukawa: Coach Anzai! Thank you! How are you?!(Rukawa' response with Joy)
Coach Anzai: I'm here in the Hospital, Resting and Waiting for My last day here in Earth. You already know that My condition is not that good even before you've left right?! Well Anyways, I've just saw your 1st game in the TV a while ago, And you don't know how much Happy & Proud I am , seeing My former Team's Ace Player playing in the Biggest Basketball Stage in the Planet. I feel much Stronger now! Ho! Ho! Ho!
Rukawa: I miss you Coach, I miss Everyone there!( The only Words that Rukawa replied to his Coach, He cannot express how much Happy he is while talking to his former Coach)

The Conversation between The Former High School Coach and Former High School Ace Player continues... until they both bid their "Sayonara" to each other.

Rukawa finally found the Answer to his question. He is not afraid to any Taller Defender/Opponent than him, He is not afraid to those Players who are much more Stronger than him. He is just Sad and Alone! He cannot focus because the people that giving him the courage and motivation in every game are so Far away from Him. He did succeed in the College Basketball here in America but it's a different Story now that He is playing in the NBA. He realize that he needs to pick-up Himself and be a better Player than before. He will make his former Teammates and Coach proud of Him. That will be his motivation from now on and He is hoping that some day he will be able to see them again. He also remember what his Chicago Teammate told him a while ago about Team Chemistry, He said to himself "Maybe it's time to change My Lone-wolf attitude, to become more successful in this NBA World, I will be needing My Teammates and they will be needing Me!"

-Even though Kaede Rukawa recorded 30 Points, 5 Board, 3 Dishes & 1 Steal in 3 Quarters, the Coaching Staff of the Chicago Bulls decided not to let him play in the whole 4th quarter.

Coach Tom Thibodeau : Kaede Rukawa is slowly establishing himself as a Scoring Machine, He will always keep on finding every Opportunity to Score, and the other Team(Spurs) is aware of that. So they keep on pressuring Him, always bringing the Double team every time Rukawa gets the ball. The Spurs is a great Defensive Team even though Rukawa don't tell us, We know that He is hurting inside the Court, I know it's sounds Gay or Babysitting but our Rookie is already showing a great promise for the Team. We cannot afford to lose him this early.

Kaede Rukawa: Actually I'm really surprised! After the end of the 3rd Quarter, Coach told me to Slowed Down My Gear 'coz I'm done for Tonight. I'm aware that I have to improve my Stamina so that I can last much longer inside the Court. And It's a battlefield out there, I know that every game is a War! So I hope that the Coaching Staff will not make another Bad Decision like that. I'm really Pissed Off because it's a close game, We only up by 2 points after the 3rd Quarter and Honestly and I'm not being too Cocky here but I'm kicking the Spurs Butt for 3 Quarters already, So Stopping me from doing that by Our Own Coaching Staff is a Big Mistake and I can say that's the reason why we loss by 1 point.
