HELLO

i'll be starting a new franchise probably with the grizzlies... will be putting up a new site as well... so guys who should i get in exchange for PG brevin knight? want to get a rookie PG... knight is good but will be overshadowed by bigger guards... was contemplating on getting luke ridnour... is it a good trade? comments please... thanks!!!!

Jay Williams wouldn't be a bad Idea Either, or did you want this year's rookies, who were just drafted?

yes... i'll only be concentrating on this year's draftees... want somebody who can handle the ball well and dish a lot of assists... not much of a scorer although can be a clutch player when the need arises

thanks for the replies guys

i'll stick with my current rosters... started my franchise last night and i beat dallas by 10 points - 108 - 98 at home... Pau Gasol scored 32 points, grabbed 7 rebs., and blocked 3 shots... my site will be ready if not today maybe tomorrow...

my two rookies did well... dhantay jones and troy bell... i put brevin knight in the injured list so bell would be coming off the bench to play point...

won on the road against detroit last night... and of course Pau Gasol was unstoppable at the post scoring 33 points!!!! i'll be sticking with my current rosters unless the cpu initiates a trade with a high caliber player... brevin knight is still in reserve... i'll probably use him in the finals unless troy bell continues his outstanding game... :mrgreen:

its an abc theme although there's an espn theme also... i would rather use the espn theme if it wasn't so buggy... everytime i load my game it returns back to the desktop... anyways i downloaded it at american west revolution - travis lee's site... you could also try nbalive.org's espn theme :lol:

thanks for the tip man... i'll try to get him through a trade involving wilcox or melvin ely... i'll be updating my site every 2 games or so... moved chris kaman to my starting lineup... he'll be a scorer as well as a blocker and rebounder... hope he wins rookie of the year

can't wait to play later when i gome home from work :lol:

updated my site again... had a 2 game losing streak though... i'll be fixing my latest news page later... the pix were overlapping each other... released chris wilcox and keyon dooling in exchange for t.j. ford and grag foster... is it a good trade? got ford for his dribbling ability, passing, and speed... i think he'll be a great addition to my team... he's injured though and missed two games... hope he could play later...

won against orlando last night... i think it was 100 - 84... partially updated my site... added a screenshot gallery... check it out... hopefully i'll be updating everything by tomorrow... t.j. ford is still injured :cry:

haven't updated my site for quite some time now... been busy with work as well as downloading shoe patches :lol:

there's been a couple of times when i kept on looking at the shoes i installed and thebefore i know it the other team scores on a slam :cry:

played a couple of games though... i'm now 11-7

not bad and besides still a lot of time to catch up... i'll be updating my site in a few days...

formatted, partitioned and re-installed my win-xp last week... sad to say i wasn't able to save my franchise :cry:

just started a new franchise with golden state... won last night against dallas

... i'll post the highlights later... made a trade with new york... shipped danny fortson and chris mills in exchange for antonio mcdyess and michael doleac... i needed a strong presence under the basket whose a scorer and rebounder... won't get that with fortson around... mcdyess had a double double last night in his first game as a warrior... needed a sub center as well... although doleac is not your typical superstar center... in my opinion he would be a welcome addition to my rotation as well as give quality minutes off the bench... at least now i don't have to rely on jamison and richardson that much... at least with mcdyess around i'll have a third option in scoring... so what do you think guys :?:

downloaded the latest roster from NLSC which prompted me to start another franchise :lol:

won't be updating my website just yet... i'll be posting my franchise to this thread so please check it out once in a while... i picked the New York Knicks this time... started playing the other day... i'm now 3-0... had my rosters intact... besides there's no need for me to sign or trade players with houston, van horn and mcdyess around... can't wait to play later when i go home from work...

its been a month since my last post :lol:

i started a new york knicks franchise and won my first season against the sacramento kings... i'm now in my second season and won my first game last night against the washington wizards...

my lineup consisted of the following:

PG - charlie ward
SG- jason richardson
SF - shawn marion
PF - antonio mcdyess (MVP 2003)
C - kurt thomas

can't wait for live 2004 to come out... in the meantime i'll stick to this franchise... played with superstar level... 7 min/quarter... 56 games
