Italian Glory Dinasty

Who knows an Italian player better than an Italian coach?
That's why the executive of the Toronto Raptors decided to leave the future of the team in the hands of coach Carmosino.
The coach, at his first experience in the league, after coaching for 5 years in Italy, had released his first decleration today, October 4th 2006: "This is a great opportunity for me, to represent my nation in the NBA. I'm proud to work with the team that I've always loved since 1997 and with Andrea Bargnani, first absolute choice as an Italian and European player."
OT: Hi! This is my second Dinasty that I post here.. I'm sorry for the Lakers one but I didn't have time to continue it on the computer.. but since I'll play this one on the psp i hope there will be no problems of time  I'm going to play only the fourth quarter of every match, that's because of the non-sub problem :(
and, always, sorry for my poor english

October 20

On the eve of the training camp, coach Carmosino makes the point of the situation on his team's actual roster
Probably Starters
Image Rasho Nesterovic: Excellent tonnage and experienced center. His work will be principally to take rebounds and, in case of need, he'll help the attack, if defended by smaller player
Image Chris Bosh: Team's indiscussed star. Fast and athletic, he can reach the top 10 of the league in rebounds. He still got to improve his mid range shooting
Image Morris Peterson: One of the most experienced player of the roster. is a fair defender but his main peculiarity is his offensive talent, so that he will probably be the point of the attack. He's also the best 3 point shooter of the team
Image Fred Jones: Really fast and with points in the hands, he can help his team also coming from the bench for few minutes. He has to work on defense and mid range shooting
Image TJ Ford: He's really fast too, one of the starter for sure. He should improve his stealing ability and attack to become perfect
Bench
Andrea Bargnani: He's, with Bosh, the team's future. He can play in 3 position (C, PF, SF), catch rebounds, shoot from 3 point range, but suffers against fast small forwards.
Josè Manuel Calderon: He'll provide a good backcourt to Ford with his mid and long range shooting. Occasionally he can play SG with TJ against small players
Joey Graham: Very physical small forward, useful defensively
Kris Humphries: He's very useful too on athletics and defense, he can provide rebounds and points in the paint for few minutes per game
Darrick Martin: Experienced PG, he'll help Ford in his development and will provide some points coming from the bench
Anthony Parker: Really fast, provides a good alternative to Peterson, with his easy and fast points
Pape Sow: Purely athletic center. He'll be used to give some rest to Bosh and Nesterovic
Robert Whaley: Very similar to Sow, he's still a project
Alvin Williams: Ready to come from the bench in case of defensive needing. He has to improve his offensive awareness to play constantly

Nice dynasty! :D First PSP made one. Having a psp too, I might try this as well. Are these players all on the Raps or did you add some on through signing? Still, you got soem good big men in their though Sow isn't the greastest offensively. Make sure Graham gets a valid amount of playing time so he can really contribute. Also, maek sure Bargnani drives in A LOT!!! He needs to work on that and that's a good way to do it. Give Martin a bit of playing time, let him contribute mainly offensively. You should be fine then! GO PSP! :D  8-) (Y) :chug:  :xmas:

yeah, you should try it! it's very fun to continue your dinasty while going to school with the train and then write the recaps during math hours
this players are all from the basic Raptors' roster, i will add a shooter (i've just sent the request for Voshon Lenard :D) asap
you're right about Graham (i've already played my season opener, let me traduce the pre-season recaps and you'll see ) but i thin that Calderon can contribute better than Martin (he's too slow)
About Sow.. I use him only for big men foul trouble :P

I'm glad to see that you're planning to experiment with Bargs at the SF, I love it when coach's do that to quick big men that can create matchup problems. Being a Raptor fan, I hope that the team can win plenty of games.

thanks for the appreciating
in particular I'm planning to use him in SF with peterson in SG (because of Fred Jones defensive problems) or in PF with Bosh like Center

Big time. Make sure Ford is balanced out hwen it coems to assists and points also. And I just may try the Dynasty thing. Depends on how much time is in my hands. So, you're requesting for Leonard? What if they turn you down? :?:

October 28 2006

Yesterday finished Raptors' training camp, so we asked assistant head coach Dan Murata about its results

"It hasn't been a bad tc. We obtained much unexpected results than we tought, like the great Fred Jones' and Robert Whaley offensive rebounds improvements. Bosh has worked on his mid range shoot while Peterson on the defense as the coach wanted. Who has deceived hopes are Bargnani and Ford: we demanded 'em immediate improvements (especially from the first one) because of their young age, but, working as hard as the others, they couldn't get encouraging results."

Meanwhile GM Carmosino reflects about changes on the roster

"The team's ready. We only need a constant shooter and another experienced player. That's why we are asking FA Voshon Lenard, that has both qualities, for his return with our shirt"

Now the team's starting the preparation for the season opener, away, against the Hawks

You could magnify to get more focus. Or place your psp satnding on a table with the camera standing in front. All you need to do is press the button, don't need to hold anything.

Raptors @ Atlanta 105-92
BARGNANI DEFEATS THE HAWKS!
Image
Great debut away for Bargnani and the Raptors that close the match at the end of the first quarter (40-19) and controls the result for the rest of the game. The '06 first choice plays as a starter and scores 28 points and 14 rebounds in 40 minutes. On the contrary deceives the hopes Bosh that scores only 5 ponts in 21 minutes. For Atlanta good work of the 2 guards Johnson and Claxton, both with 27 points. But what really gave the victory to the Raptors was the bench from where came 39 points principally from Graham (16) and Martin (9)

Nice win (y). But in your analysis of the players you said Bosh needs to improve his midrange, that's his best shot.
