It's funny really, I started here about nine years ago with an OKC team that had no established stars and huge cap space. Now it'll be almost the complete opposite of that.
I guess I'm going to have to prioritise the draft over free agency for a few years at least.

I saw that you prefer OKC, and out of those options, I think it would be the most interesting in my opinion as well. While ATL is my favorite team, man, I dislike their choices and feel it is such a rough rebuild that 2K made easy (by making Trae Young Steph Curry 2.0). The Suns are in such a different spot also with Ayton being a beast rookie that is overshadowed only by Don Luka. So yeah, making a dominant OKC franchise with all the hoopla around Rus right now would be most interesting out of those 3.
Though if you considered an alternative to the full rebuild, I think the Kings are the most interesting rebuild case in the NBA right now. While I don't believe Fox is a star, he is a beyond capable starter with a fast pace offense which the Kings are utilizing from the games I've seen. Then added their history, it could make an interesting story. Again though, from how this team is, they are further out due to not having a Devin Booker who has a much higher ceiling in my opinion. Nonetheless, whatever you do, I will definitely be following.
I thought about Sacramento as well. But like you said they don't have an obvious future star like Booker.
I like the idea of turning a struggling franchise into a successful one. But I kinda did that with Phoenix already.
