A good game for the Lakers turns into an ugly ending. With less than a minute remaining Kobe Bryant drives hard to the basket and hit hard Raptors forward Joey Dorsey. Dorsey went down hard and appears to be hit in the sternum, this eventually spark Julian Wright to shoved Kobe and things went ugly from then on.
Ron Artest got into the mix and punch Wright, while Chris Hunter is trying to separate the two players Andrew Bynum also shoved Hunter. Artest, Bynum and Wright were all ejected in the game.
After the game, Raptors GM Willie Lewis called Bryant a dirty player. Bryant commented on the GM’s reaction and said. “The NBA is letting inexperienced guys handle a team, if you want answers watch the replay.”
The replay shows that Dorsey slide himself to Kobe trying call for a charge. It was going to be called a charge but the incident happened.
Artest and Bynum will be suspended for one game, reports said that Wright will be suspended for the rest of the season but the league did not confirm that.

The NBA has handed suspensions to the three players involved at the recent brawl at Staples.
Ron Artest and Julian Wright have both been suspended 2 games for their part in the brawl. After Wright tackled Kobe Bryant for slamming his elbow into Joey Dorsey, Artest came and swung at Wright, missing. Both players will also be fined $25,000 dollars.
Center Andrew Bynum has been suspended 1 game for shoving Chris Hunter, who was trying to break up the brawl. He has been fined $10,000 dollars.
Wright and Artest have both said that they will not appeal, but Bynum has said he "did nothing wrong".
"I shoved Hunter, so what?" said Bynum to a group of reporters.
The NBA also asked for the LA Times Story to be removed. A story by the Times stated that Bynum and Artest were suspended one game, and Wright for the season.
"Obviously, some writer though it would be funny to lie about a suspension. We have spoken to the editors and they have apologized for putting false information out." said Commissioner David Stern.
Wright says he doesn't regret tackling Kobe though.
"Why would I regret it? Kobe intentionally injured Joey [Dorsey], and I went after him, like any loyal teammate would do."

NBA D-League Central wrote:RAPTORS HELP BAYHAWKS; SIGN ROLLE/THUNDERBIRDS SIGN BUTLER
According to multiple sources, the Toronto Raptors have signed Rookie Forward Magnum Rolle to a two year deal, for their D-League affiliate, the Erie Bayhawks.
According to multiple sources, the Raptors were already interested in Rolle. But when the Raptors sent young center Solomon Alabi to the Bayhawks, the Bayhawks president, Matt Bresee, had one request: To get Rolle.
"Magnum has been noted by our scouts as the most NBA ready. However, the D-League is a spot for him to shine."
Rolle thanked the Raptors for the opportunity.
"Thanks @Raptors. Can't wait for my first D-League game!" he said on his Twitter.
Rolle, who averaged 13.2 points and 8.4 rebounds in his senior year at Louisiana Tech, will most likely be a starter.
But GM Willie Lewis alluded to the fact that Rolle could be used if there was an injury.
"If Amir or Ed gets hurt, we can bring Magnum up to help the rotation."
In other news, the Albuquerque Thunderbirds have signed dynamic Forward Da'Sean Butler. Butler, who was drafted by the Heat but released to meet the NBA's 15 man roster standard, will likely start. Many NBADL scouts say he is going to be a star.

NC State superstar Zee Otoo has been tearing it up and is already projected to be a lottery pick in next year's draft. He is averaging close to 30 points per game and is approaching ten boards a game as well. However, he rolled his ankle in practice yesterday and is projected to miss the next game. His history of ankle injuries could be of concern when teams draft him in the NBA Draft, but he is undoubtedly one of the best college players.
When asked about what he thought about being a lottery pick in the NBA Draft, Zee Otoo replied, "If you'd told me in high school that this would be me in college, I would've asked you what kinda sh*t you were on, cuz I wouldn't've believed you."
Averages:
29.0 ppg, 9.5 rpg, 4.0 apg, 2.5 spg, 1.5 bpg

Yeah, but no one would believe it, so why would a major newspaper publish unbelievable info. That's what Tabloids are for
