Trade was horrible for the Magic. Getting Hill over Pietrus, meh, taking Evans, meh, Hunter

And they gave up Ryan Andersen who fits their system perfectly. And they gave up their 2010 2nd Round pick.

Magic Grade = D

True, except in the context of the game Grant Hill's numbers are far better, his averaging a solid 10-5-2, leading the league in FG% and TS% then Pietrus and his had two games with the Magic (both wins) and put up good numbers. Also, Anderson wasn't even getting rookie game-time, behind Lewis and Bass.

Oh and Hunter - now that was a steal - he can flat out play!

Good game by Lopez, but just not good enough outside shooting I guess.

Incredible game by Josh Smith; shame the loss.

Game 10 – Hawks [7-2] vs Hornets [Fourth in division – 4-5] @ Phillips Arena
Smith demands excellence, delivers precision, conquers Hornets

Recap:
Saturday, November 14, 2009. Following the tough loss at Boston Josh Smith demanded his team strive for excellent and pursue perfection. That is precisely what his team did. On the back 19-point halftime lead Atlanta took control of the match to cruise to a 106-81 victory. The game gives Atlanta an 8-2 record in the first ten games of the year, a foundation they were hoping to build opening with a tough schedule. Of the many keys to the game were Atlanta’s improved ability to work the inside-outside game, with an emphasis on outside and New Orleans inefficiency at the line, 13-21.

Yeah, Lopez has turned out to be a great move, Anderson - not so much. I wouldv'e liked to keep Evans in return for Anderson, simply because I am struggling to use Anderson, I can't really get anything going with him at all. Lopez really played big against Portland next game, and he was definately a factor, playing mainly against Howard, Aldridge or Jeff Pendergraph.

At the moment his on track for an All-Star appearance. His really playing awesome, his easy to use, a monster on the glass, a great shot blocker and a game-changer!

Oh yeah, 6 blocks from Smoove. I don't get that much blocks in the game with anyone. That's nasty. Good win (Y)
