Deron Williams' clutch layup lift Jazz over Cavs
Box Score

After the big win over the Lakers 2 days ago, the Cavs face the Jazz for their second of three road games.

The game was pretty even as the two teams exchanged leads in the first two quarter. No team led more than 7 points in the first half. The Cavs lead by 5 at the end of the first half.

The Jazz, not feeling comfortable in a close game versus the Cavs, came out strong in the third. They went on a 20-6 run to lead by nine midway through the first. They limited the Cavs to only 12 points in the quarter and led by 6 after three, 73-67.

The Cavs would bounce back in the fourth as they will go on a 14-3 run in the opening minutes and kept the game close. Hickson started the rally as he scored 10 of the 14 in that run. The Jazz would try to catch up with D-Will starting to get on fire.

The Jazz once again took the lead with under 3 minutes remaining 86-85. Gibson would take the lead back on the other end with a 17-foot jumper. 87-86. Al Jefferson would take the lead again as he hits a bank shot over Hickson. Cavs called a timeout as there is only under a minute remaining. Mo Williams would run through a Hickson screen to hit another mid range jumper from the left wing.

Cavs, once again, take the lead 89-88. One more stop and the Cavs is going to win it. But D-Will spoiled the party as he made a layup with 5.3 seconds remaining. Mo Williams missed the jumpshot on the other end with D-Will's smothering defense.

Deron Williams scored 26 points grabbed 7 rebound and dished 7 assists. Hickson scored 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and Anthony Parker added 23. Boobie Gibson, who scored 24 points against the Lakers, only managed to score 4 points in this game.

Thierry •, I know. Mo Williams just let Deron blow by past him for the easy two. I was really frustrated that time.

Westbrook's 13 dimes too much for Cavs
Box Score

The Cavs are determined to get a win today as they will play their last game of a 3-game road trip.

But the Thunder had other plans. The first two quarters have been pretty close as the two teams exchanged leads. But in the third quarter, the Thunder became a different team. The Thunder scored 39 points in that quarter alone and limited the Cavs to only 14 points.

With the big lead heading to the fourth, the Thunder used their reserves to get them some minutes. The Cavs managed to trim the lead but times was not enough as they were beaten, 106-96.

Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 33 points and 10 rebounds. Russell Westbrook scored 24 points and dished out a season high 13 assists.

Hickson scored 27 for the Cavs and Parker had a double double with 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Both teams now share the same record of 6-7.

Warriors blow out Cavs 123-99

From the get go the Cavs have been terrible. Anthony Parker turned the ball over thrice in the first 2 minutes of the game. The Warriors started off with a 10-0 run and never looked back.

The Cavs' defense were useless against the Warriors as they hit shot after shot. They pushed the ball every time they got it and took advantage of the Cavs' slow transition defense.

Monta Ellis scored a career high 47 points and Steph Curry added 21. Mo Williams scored 18 points for the Cavs and added 7 assists.

Mo Williams' buzzer beater in OT lift Cavs over Grizzlies

The Cavs are desperate to get a win after being blown out in their last 2 outings. And they will try to get the W against another below 500 team, the Memphis Grizzlies

The game started to be pretty even as both teams exchanged leads and had multiple deadlocks.

The third quarter is where the Cavs would start to pull away. The started the quarter with a 14-3 run and led as much as 19. They limited the Grizzlies to only 16 points, their lowest of the season. The Cavs scored 35 points in that quarter.

With the Cavs leading by 19 heading into the fourth, they started to play their reserve to give them some playing time. But the Grizzlies would not go away.

They started their own run and cut the deficit to 5 with under three minutes remaining. The Cavs would try to hold off the Grizzlies as much as possible but they were just too hot. The Grizzlies would take the lead with under 40 seconds remaining. The Cavs would answer back with a 3 pointer by Anthony Parker. But Rudy Gay would tie the game up with a dunk. The Cavs now has a chance to win the game but Mo Williams turned the ball over.

Luckily, the Cavs got back on defense quickly to prevent the Grizzlies from scoring. Mike Conley would attempt to win the game with a 15-foot jumper but he missed. The game went on to overtime.

Both teams would exchange baskets in overtime. And no team would lead by more than 3 points. The game was very close and it came down to the wire. With the Cavs leading by 2 with 30 seconds remaining, the Grizzlies calmly set up their play and got OJ Mayo an open three pointer in the corner.

The shot went in and the Grizzlies took the lead with 8.2 seconds remaining. Cavs called a timeout.

Varejao inbounded the ball. He passed it to Mo at the top. Mo Williams waited for the screen. He went right, then he went back left and took a fadeaway shot.

Swish.

The ball went in as the buzzer sounded and the Cavs win it in OT. 123-122

Mo Williams scored 24 points. 22 of them coming from the second half and OT. OJ Mayo and Rudy Gay scored 30 apiece for the Grizzlies.

The Cavs will play their most anticipated game of the season two weeks after as they will face LeBron James' new team, the Miami Heat in Miami.

LeBron's 37 lift Heat over Cavs in thriller
Box Score

The most anticipated game for LeBron and his former team, the Cleveland Cavaliers. And they did not disappoint.

Everybody expected the Big Three to thrash the struggling Cavaliers. But the Cavs have other plans. Mo Williams and Daniel Gibson played their best game in this season against the Heat. Gibson scored a career high 37 points in just 20 minutes of playing time while Mo Williams dished out 19 assists. Also a career high.

The Cavs kept it close against the Heat as they have answers for every attack the Heat will make. They even led by two after half time.

The Heat would pull away in the third and will lead by as much as 10 points. But the Cavs would bounce back in fourth as they will catch up and trim the deficit.

The Cavs would once again take the lead with under a minute remaining, thanks to Anthony Parker's clutch trey. The Heat would quickly answer as Chris Bosh will knock down a jumper. Mo Williams will try to win the game just like the other night against Memphis. But this time, the result was different. Williams missed the potential game winner and the Heat narrowly escapes the Cavs 118-117.

LeBron James flirted with a triple double as scored 37 points for the Heat. He also grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 9 assists.

The Heat are now at the top of the Eastern Conference with a record of 12-5
