DUDLEY, MORRISON EXCELLED AT PRACTICES
New GM Zee Otoo of the NC Domination held several practices over the last few days and said that he was so impressed with Dudley and Morrison that he has to start both of them. "Even though they play the same position, I'm so impressed with them - they play very well together and I have to start them both. In the team's six scrimmages, Dudley and Morrison have averaged 30 apiece. They're brilliant. I also have to find out how the Lakers missed out on Morrison's talent. He's still got something from his Gonzaga days in him."
Morrison said after a practice, "I'm starting my career over again. I'm taking my 35 jersey back and I'm acting like the last four years never happened. I'm starting over." Morrison has only 85 NBA games in the last three seasons.
FESENKO RELEASED
It has been confirmed that former Utah Jazz center Kyrylo Fesenko was waived by the Domination today. "He just didn't play with heart. I don't think he wanted to play here," Zee Otoo said after confirming the release of the 7'1, 300+ pound center. The Utah Jazz have not reclaimed Fesenko yet and it remains to be seen if they will.
DOMINATION STARTING LINE-UP SET
The starting line-up for the Domination has been released. According to Zee Otoo, the starting point guard for the team will be Jerryd Bayless. Former Gonzaga star Adam Morrison will play shooting guard. Jared Dudley and Walter Herrmann will start at the three and four respectively and DaJuan Blair will play center, although he is only 6'7. According to the Domination website, Glen Davis is the sixth man and will play the top two positions equally. Dexter Pittmann, Arron Afflalo, and Kelenna Azubuike are currently reserves.
