I know I said I wasn't gonna be posting anything anymore, but well, I lied. Here is a trade update. These two would put everyone in Toronto at every home game. Check it out.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Raptors pull trigger on trades for superstars, and don't let Vince Go! What?

That's right. The Toronto Raptors have pulled off a couple trades that should make them the automatic NBA Champions for the next 10 years. Here are the trades:

1st Trade

To Cleveland Cavaliers ~ Peja Stojakovic, Donyell Marshall and Mickael Pietrus

To Toronto Raptors ~ LeBron James and Drew Gooden

2nd Trade
Info - Raptors signed Keon Clark to a 7yr deal to pull this one off.

To Phoenix Suns ~ Keon Clark and Drew Gooden

To Toronto Raptors ~ Amare Stoudemire

Raptors also signed Rodney White, Glen Rice and Rick Brunson after these deals were completed.

Here are a few words from the Raptors GM and Head Coach:

Image"As you can have come to find out through the NBA, we have infact aquired LeBron James and Amare Stoudemire. And as you know, it was for good reason. I feel that we have the best team in the league, and there should be no reason once so ever, for us to not become the 2004 NBA Champions"

Image"Whoa, as you can tell, I am extremely excited. I'm loving my first year as head coach of this Raptors club, and Rob is making it so much easier. Wow, you see that lineup. Gotta be the youngest in the league. I am estatic about this, and am quite speechless at the moment. If we don't make it to the NBA Finals then I shall resign as head coach, and that's how much faith I have in these young guys. We will have a lineup that will boast:

Amare at Center,
Chris at Power Forward,
LeBron at Small Forward,
Vince at Shooting Guard, and
Rafer at Point Guard.

Expect us to go places. Thank You for your time, and now we must be going. Come on Rob, we gotta go."

Image"You heard it first here, on the NLSC forums Dynasty Issues, "Toronto Raptors Dynasty", your one stop shop for Raptors information, and don't forget to visit their Official Website at http://www.freewebs.com/torontodynasty/, Have a great evening."

Game Time Baby

1st Quarter

The 1st Quarter began at 0-0 obviously, and it was pretty close til the end of the quarter as well. The Raptors took advantage of scoring inside, due to Yao's lack of interior presence, huh, you can't say that everyday when talking about a guy that's 7'5/7'6. Anyways, the Raptors managed to outscore the Rockets 20 to 17, and the reason was Yao's lack of defense, and the Raptors semi-strong interior defense. The Raptors top offensive player was newly acquired Amare Stoudemire who put in 9 points. Chris Bosh was the Raptors defensive player of the quarter with his 4 defensive rebounds and 1 block. Stay tuned for the 2nd Quarter, but in the meantime, watch some 1st Quarter Highlights will ya.

2nd Quarter

The Houston Rockets started off the 2nd Quarer down by 3. They found themselves in trouble early on and throughout the whole 2nd Quarter. Yao once again couldn't handle his defensive load and found himself getting burned time and time again in the quarter. The 2nd Quarter featured a rare match-up between The Bahemith (Yao Ming), and The Beast (Rafael Araujo). Hoffa man-handled Yao all quarter long. Rafael Araujo was the Raptors offensive and defensive standout of the quarter with his 10 points, 5 defensive rebounds and 1 monster of a block on Yao Ming. The Raptors are up 41 to 33 after the 1st Half. Enjoy the 2nd Quarter Highlights, and don't you flick that channel, we'll be back on in a moment.

3rd Quarter

The start of the 2nd Half featured some more Rockets manhandling at the hands of the Raptors. Only this time it was Amare or Araujo. It was LeBron doing the damage and once again Yao had something to do with it. LeBron continued to drive the whole quarter long and found himself with a high scoring success rate. He penetrated time after time, and there was nothing anyone could do to stop him. The Raptors also helped extend their lead with their top-notch defense. One of the newest Raptors LeBron James, scored 14 points for the Raptors in the 3rd to be their highest scorer in the quarter, and one of the other new guys Amare Stoudemire, was the best on defense with his 3 defensive rebounds and 2 blocks. The Raptors find themselves in an easy winning situation up by 24 points at the end of the 3rd. Here are some highlights from the 3rd Quarter, enjoy them, and enjoy the 4th Quarter.

4th Quarter

The 4th Quarter started the same way as it ended, with the Toronto Raptors being ahead and the Houston Rockets trailing them. The Raptors played another strong quarter and had fun with it by getting many dunks by Liberal Almeida, Vince Carter and LeBron James. The Rockets once again played a disappointing quarter, but did manage to outscore the Raptors by 3 in the quarter, but that was not mearly enough as the Raptors pounded the Rockets into the floor by a score of 89 to 68. The Raptors top offensive talent in the quarter was Liberal Almeida with 11 points and he also pitched in 2 rebounds on the defensive end. The top defensive players of the quarter were LeBron James with 1 defensive rebound and 2 blocks, while Chris Bosh got 3 defensive rebounds. Thank You for joining us here on the NLSC forum, and enjoy the final game highlights of the season, as the NLSC will not follow anymore Toronto Raptors games until NBA Live 2005 comes out. So stay tuned for it in November, and watch these 4th Quarter highlights while you wait. We have enjoyed your stay here at the NLSC forums, and remember to check out the ezzioo Toronto Raptors Dynasty in November, it's coming to a hood/town/city/country near you. Good Night Everybody.

The Toronto Raptors are truly sorry that they will not be able to post their games on NLSC, but they want to thank everyone that has watched them over the course of the season, and that they will look forward to seeing everybody again in November. So take it easy until then, and Thank You for your time and patience. It was much appreciated. Thank You. And don't forget that we will be posting the scores until game 14 (2 more games left) just not the highlights. This has been a very special presentation, directed right out of Liberal Almeida's house and put right into yours. Have Fun and Enjoy.

Thanks man. Once again, good luck with yours as well. Only if Live was coming out for computer tomorrow. It's a shame. :(

(a nice cleaner look)
Well, you made the right move in trading for Amare! No doubt, he's an asset above all other teammates- with team MVP honors of a 19.30 weighted Birdie score.
This Dynasty is currently ranked #9 on the all-time Birdie Board
(as of time of post)
Thanks Ezzioo! Looking forward to seeing you complete the season before you get '05! (Pull down that block slider!)
