... no. i meant preseason, because in that season mode you are out for a couple games, and we only have one more game to play for preseason, and therefore i say you are out for the "season"

Knicks to Mavs: Lets Trade Point Guards!!

(NEW YORK, NY) - Hours ago, Knicks GM Isaiah Thomas announced to the public that they’ve traded recently aquired rookie point guard Flo Ruf to the Dallas Mavericks for veteran guard Darrell Armstrong. Armstrong I most likely going to serve as a mentor and someone who will try to calm down Stephen Marbury and Steve Francis.

Ruf was a bit shocked about the trade. “I didn’t expect to be traded so easily and this early in the season. But I can’t be mad because I get to play with my idol Dirk and Dallas has less egotistical guards, and this will allow me to develop a lot more due to more experience.”

One must wonder what in the world Thomas is thinking because he didn’t get rid of any point guards and his payroll now is even higher than before. It would serve in the Knick’s best interest to get rid of this guy. As for Ruf, he will blossom in Dallas as there could not have been a better team he could have gone to. The Mav’s point guards are not the best in the league, which will give Ruf ample playing time, and he will feel right at home as Dirk will be his mentor, which will make the transition to the NBA that much easier.
